Due to the current situation affected by COVID-19 around the world, some of the ports on some regions' borders have stopped passengers from entering, orders placed on our official website and our customer's RMAs may experience processing and shipping delays.
1. Orders & Shipping on Our Official Website
You are still free to place orders on our official website (store.hiby.com), and your order will be processed within 7 days after the payment. Orders placed on or after March 21st may experience processing and shipping delays due to the shipping regulations. We are still doing our best to resolve the shipping issues as many as we can.
2. Return Material Authorization (RMA)
We have always tried to solve RMA case from our customers as soon as possible. With so many moving parts currently, we are still trying our best to collect RMA units from our Hong Kong receiving point although it is not easy at all. We greatly appreciate your patience so far and gently remind that RMAs may take 30 days or longer to complete.
This is the first time we have ever encountered a situation like this and tried our best to handle it the best we can. We will keep you updated if situation changes in any way. Thanks for your understanding and support!
