HiBy has confirmed MQA playback support for the R3 portable music player. An upcoming firmware update will enable MQA compatibility in the HiBy R3, a compact and lightweight portable music player, that offers a hi-fi music experience at home or on-the-go.
The HiBy R3 guarantees the purest sound quality by using a premium ESS ES9028Q2M chip and integrates a professional customization audio system, the HiBy OS. The R3 also features full touch screen, WiFi, DLNA, Airplay, Apt-X and native DSD. The MQA integration is another mark of quality that delivers a dynamic listening experience.
The Hiby team will be presenting MQA demos at the Fujiya Avic Headphone Festival in Tokyo (October 27th-28th), as well as the inaugural Canjam Shanghai (November 3rd-4th).
