Referral Program Terms and Conditions

HiBy’s Referral Program (the “Program”) allows individuals (HiBy referrers) to earn approved commissions by referring friends to purchase from the HiBy website. To participate, you must:

  1. Agree to the Terms & Conditions, and
  2. Register for the program here

How to Earn Your Commission

When you sign up to become a HiBy referrer, we’ll generate a unique link assigned only to you. Post it on social media, your blog or website, or just email it to a few friends. When a friend clicks on it, the link will lead them to the HiBy website where a modal will be displayed with a code for 5% off on any purchase from the site. If the friend completes a purchase, the HiBy referrer is notified. After 10 days (to ensure the friend isn’t going to return the product, plus time for processing and shipping), the HiBy referrer will receive $10 cash reward.

A HiBy referrer will earn a commission of $10 if:

  1. A referred friend clicks on the HiBy referrer’s referral link, and
  2. the referred friend completes a Qualifying Order within the same browsing session in which they clicked the referral link.

Qualifying Order

A Qualifying Order cannot be returned for a refund. If the order is canceled or the product is returned for a refund, the commission payment is forfeited. HiBy reserves the right to cancel a Qualifying Order if placed fraudulently.

Commissions and Payouts

Commissions are earned for any referred Qualifying Order and are either approved or denied within 10 days of when the Qualifying Order is placed. $10 is earned for each approved Commission and is processed through Referral Cando for future purchases at https://store.hiby.com/

Sharing Referral Links

Referrals should only be used for personal and non-commercial purposes to friends who will appreciate receiving these messages. Referral links should not be distributed to recipients who do not have a personal connection to the referrer (such as coupon websites, Reddit, and Wikipedia).

Termination and Change

HiBy may suspend or terminate the referral program or a user’s ability to participate in the Referral  Candy Program at any time for any reason. Requirements and incentives may also change at any time. HiBy reserves the right to review and investigate all referral activities and cancel or modify referrals if the activity is deemed abusive or fraudulent. Commissions earned as a result of fraudulent activity are null and void.

Limitations

There is no limit to the number of commissions each HiBy referrer can earn.

Updates to the Terms

HiBy reserves the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued participation in the Referral Program after any modification shall constitute consent to such modification. If the modified terms are not acceptable, the only recourse is to stop sending referrals or participating in the Referral Program.

Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties with respect to its subject matter and constitutes and supersedes all prior agreements, representations, and understandings of the parties, written or oral.
